Fees & Insurance

An Investment in Your Wellbeing

Engaging in therapy requires a financial commitment, a time commitment, and most of all a commitment to learning and creating meaningful change. Entering therapy reflects an investment in your own wellbeing and growth.

Fees

For self referrals, my standard session fee is £50 for a 1-hour session, or £70 for an extended 90-minute session. Fees are payable by cash or bank transfer at the end of each session.

Private Insurance

If you have private health insurance, you may be able to fund some or all of your sessions through your health insurance policy. I am recognised as a psychological healthcare practitioner with the following providers:

  • Aviva
  • AXA PPP
  • BUPA
  • Cigna
  • Curian Medical
  • Nuffield Health
  • Vitality Health
  • WPA

Please contact your insurance provider to clarify your coverage. If there is an excess on your policy, this usually means that you will need to pay for the initial fees, up to the total of the excess. After that, the remaining fees should be paid by your insurer.

Third-Party Referrals

I accept referrals via third-party organisations including solicitors, private employers, EAP (employee assistance programme), and other psychotherapists. For more information, please contact me directly.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have provided at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Late cancellations and missed appointments are not covered by insurance plans.

*All fees are subject to annual review.
